Sparg0 played this matchup so well, and it really payed off! A great balance of patience and aggression. He's playing like he's ready to win the whole tournament!
Lowkey I think Miya Acola or Sonix will take it. They have 0 set losses so far and several set wins.
Spargo has 6-0 to acola, and with sonix is like 3-1 with miya just 1-0 but he is the killer of those 3
Sparg0 started the day looking like he was in the worst position among the top 5, and now look at him. He sent Gluto to losers, his first opponent is Acola, his second opponent will probably be Sonix, his third opponent will probably be Miya...This bracket is perfect for him. Three people that he has consistently beaten, all of whom are part of the top 4.
@@legrandliseurtri7495 I agree that the bracket looks good for Spargo, although he only fought and beat Miya once and that was like 1 year ago. I feel like Miya got a lot better since then, but still, we'll see how that goes. Even though he is seeded to lose against Acola, I think he will send Acola to losers, and it might be a bit of a coin toss VS Sonix although I predict Spargo will beat him.

There were so many moments where gluto was just off by like a Pixle, kinda tragic, but good spacing on Spargo's part.

Sparg0 playing on point so far! The cross slash stall at 1:11 to avoid the up air was so clean! Also, his grabs on Gluto were insane. It was clear he was playing confidently, coming off a 3-1 win vs Leo.

Feels bad for Gluto to be in loser because you had to face Spargo in Gauntlet despite being second in your pool
I really hope they stop with this gauntlet system for the next invitationals, it feels like pools doesn't matter at all
@@Hags_95 Pools do matter if you do good in your pool you get seeded higher in the main bracket and gauntlet is essentially the main bracket with the higher performing players in the pool seeded a round or 2 ahead.

the minute I heard Gluto's coach say he had gluto study the vod of tweek's wario vs sparg0's cloud from the quarantine series before this set. I instantly knew gluto was cooked. Not sure who that coach is that he hired, but he's gotta go after that one lmao

They're not out. This whole thing was just to determine the main bracket coming up. Since Sparg0 beat Leo and Gluto, both of them will start the main bracket in losers while Sparg0 starts in winners

Watching spargo play always looks so meh. The guy takes zero risk and pushes your disadvantage hard. If you touch his shield he'll mash up then wash, rinse, repeat. Sure, he's got all of your recovery options scouted and that takes a great player but his playstyle lacks personality. It's like watching a better dbuz.
