      It is possible. Krisumi is in a class of its own, it can’t be compared to any other project in Gurgaon. See the background of sumitomo corporation to know what I’m talking about. Sumitomo have bought land in Bombay also in worli area from Bombay dyeing. When global city comes, prices of Krisumi can go anywhere.

      @@saurabhmidha3609 This is the first project sumitomo corporation is doing in India so obviously there is nothing existing to compare. If you want to make a comparison look at the projects sumitomo has completed across the world in Japan in Singapore in America and other places and see what kind of quality they have delivered.
      Sumitomo is a company bigger than DLF in terms of market capitalization, it’s a Fortune 500 company. And DLF is the best Gurugram has known. A company of that size and scale entering India means you can’t compare it with anything else that’s already existing. It’s at a completely different level. That’s what I mean.
