I wish our Canadian doller stores had Jot stuff it looks amazing.
I am from Canada and I'm seeing tons of stuff in her video that we have at my Dollar Tree. It's now 1.25 or 1.50 for stuff, but still a good deal!
@@sonjawhitchurch9183 oh, in Sydney Cape breton we only have Dolleramas and the Great Canadian Doller Store no Doller Trees :( maybe Halifax

Canadian girl here too..i find also that our stores are a lot smaller version than the usa..or maybe its just the one that i go to all the time🤔.
You could use them on another piece of paper and then cut it out and glue it to your journal

I like this video the only problem I have is when you said “You’re not a true journaler or crafter if you don’t use mod podge.” I know so many people who doesn’t use that and I myself don’t use it.

I had no idea Dollar Tree had all that fun stationary stuff ! But when it comes to journaling, the only things I need/use are a standard, 200 page, divided, spiral bound notebook & Paper Mate Ink Joy pens in blue. Period. Something to write in & something to write with. I never embellish in any way....I've been journaling for 45 1/2 yrs ! 😀
But I love what you showed us....I'd put some of that to use for other purposes for sure. The way you said "Pens", I had to smile...I LOVE pens !....so thank you! I have had a life-long love of stationary supplies ! 🙄

Yes you can buy journals here but the paper is really thin and most markers bleed through. Just keep that in mind. Other wise, great!
what I do to counter that is glue two pages together before I use mix media on them so there is better coverage it helps a lot!

Do you remember when the DT carried those little mini tape runners? I loved those little boogers! And wow! Look at the sticker section in your store! Our stickers are all thrown in an end cap basket and you just have to dig.
I dooooo, those are great!!! I would be upset if they treated stickers that way.... it's sticker abuse....bahaaahahaaa 😃❤

They have at my dollar tree a black version of the promarx i love them i love the inc color ink pens they are so beautiful colors!i got those in differnt colors i love the ink permant markers my mom got me those i love them i got a mixed media pad and watercolor pad i love using those to color my drawings and even if theybleed through i dont care cause i draw in journal's and i love to color stuff!!😍🤗😎have a nice day and stay safe!😍🤗😎😷😷
Yes thise pens are fantastic 👏 I love them too. The more pigmented ones are great on overlays abd cardstock too. I lo e my pens, they are a small obsession....😆 tfw my friend!😀💞

Oh Miss Thing. Journaling is far from gender specific. Why, where might we be were it not for the journals of Lewis and Clark? They had no need for bling. Something rough and durable. But you're doing good. Too bad they don't carry ink, for those of us who prefer fountain pens. That means extra stops, at other shops. A day of shopping. Girl, I have better things to do. Besides, my old man bladder can take only so much. 😊
Is that where you got your journal you are testing the pens on?
The journal I was using is a 5$ notebook from Michael's 😃❤
