The bye week really helped the 49ers a lot in terms of getting healthy and playing up to their potential and standards. Chase Young is a huge plus for this team with his ability to rush the quarterback

@@liftking6198 I've been saying the same thing ever since they signed him. He is essentially the "Aaron Donald of offense." Him being out had more of a negative effect than Deebo being out. The run game is back now and they didn't even heavily rely on CMC this game.

There is need to worry about the 3 loosing streak. I say that because the 49ers couldn't win against great/good teams. Contender teams. Brock hasn't shown impeccable grace under fire. He can't win if he doesn't have the lead. He can't win even if he down .....meaning other elite quarterbacks you sometimes say oh he is the guy that can come back from 7 down or 14 down...etc. Brock can't.
Really appreciate that man and Brock got my full support i am a firm believer in the kid, i told my co-worker last year pre season that we got this rookie QB named Brock Purdy and i think he's pretty good!! 🗣️😱🤞💪

The 49ers are not only back, but better. The addition of Chase Young, the squad getting healthy, and a BYE week is paying dividends. What a dominant performance against a solid Jags team. Props to Wilks making the adjustments to ensure this defense plays like they’re meant to be. Purdy made some unreal throws under pressure. What a game.

@@jeffwilliams1356 well, for one it was applied defense, which for the first time stopped a team early on and held them. When they could have scored we forced fumbles and of course 2 interceptions. The defense played better than ever, really. Naturally the team feeds on itself so success on either side of the ball usually coincides for the 49ers to do well in general. I can't even say for certain, but assuming half those points came from the defense doing amazing then I'd say that has a lot to do with obtaining 34 points. The other reason would obviously be getting Deebo and Trent back on the field.
@@jeffwilliams1356 Offense and defense go hand in hand. When defense is playing bad the offense gets tired from time on the field and starting with bad field position. Offense also doesn’t feel confident when defense is giving up points. Football is a game of momentum.
What a difference it makes having not only Trent and Deebo back on offense, but acquiring Chase to boost that DL

*This 49ers win was the result of 3 things in my honest opinion:*
1. Trent Williams and Deebo are healthy again, which opens up the offense and gives Brock Purdy extra time to find receivers.
2. Steve Wilks is on the sidelines instead of being up in the booth, which makes him accountable to the players IN PERSON with his playcalls.
3. Chase Young is another player offenses have to account for and that opens up Nick Bosa to once again feast on QBs.
All this just to be embarrassed by Philly again
Neither the Vikings, nor the Bengals doubled Bosa. He was getting beat, on 1v1s.
Maybe getting Chase was extra motivation, or something, to push Nick out of his funk.

Prudy/SF stop a 3 game losing streak after a impressive win over a first place team in JAX. They definitely needed that bye week and now it's back to business. Purdy with a solid game and he looked like he did in the first 5 weeks. The NFC West is still a 2 team race at the moment and we'll see what goes down. Congrats on the win SF 👍.

Randy Gregory is settling in, Chase Young had a chance to get acclimated during the bye, that defense look like it did last year. Our only weakness when healthy seems to be Lenoir. It’s amazing how much confidence your AllPro LT (Trent Williams) can provide for your offense. Ppl forget Debo missed a game earlier this year and we still won, I think the bigger problem was Trent Williams being out along with our defensive line not performing up to our normal potential

Nice to get back on track. Winning for so long I felt like the 3 losses we got slack in so many areas both offense and defense, but the bye week gave us a nice reboot for the rest of the season. Go NINERS! 👍🏽💯
