Being an introvert, this is really my time to shine. Life is really not much different. In fact, not having the social pressure to be involved is completely liberating.
Amen to that! My husband had to have urgent surgery and he cannot speak right now. It is SO quiet though sometimes I think he’s plotting something. This is the quietist our house has ever been. I will be glad to have him back at work in his office, chatting up a storm with me so I can zone out and just respond, “Ugh, huh. Ugh. Huh. Really? Ugh huh...

Very true. I am in self-quarantine with my wife, quirky six-year-old daughter, two 70 something in-laws with colorful personalities, and a nearly 16-year-old cat that likes to sing the songs of its people at 3 in the morning as loud as it can in the hallway so someone will feed it and turn on the fireplace because it's cold.

After several weeks of quarantine with my two grandchildren (2 & 3 1/2) I would say my life would be more a cartoon than sitcom....Now I understand why Donald Duck has a speech impediment....as the only Disney character with kids he has a severe case of sleep deprivation....lol
Your kids will remember this time all their lives..... show how much you love their mother. God bless and enjoy little things.

The difference for millions of us working two minimum wage jobs (restaurant worker and background actor) is it never ends. I worked a 21 hour day the other week, starting background at 4 a.m. and finishing the restaurant close at 1 am next day. Endless work...until it isn't and we wait to see if there will be any unemployment.
yeh, just like Alice - one being the story of a working class single woman doing 2 full time jobs (low-pay waitress and mom) and Jim in a highly-chandeliered NYC apt with loads of food - uncanny! ps - i get the joke :) but this was the most salient element of the video.
