    Hey Rikki, I Have got an idea or suggestion which is making your channel a hybrid of rock climbing, calisthenics, weight lifting, and tree climbing too at same time which will attract more viewers and there would be more video ideas to make, but i know it would not be too easy and moving to other exercises may seem hard or confusing so it is just a suggestion, you can choose whatever you want to publish you have the freedom💯💯💪💪 keep going on how you like

      Scary at first but build it up gradually and when you do get it you will have wondered what the fuss was about! Very satisfying 🐒

      Bodyweight training routine works well or just a general, well balanced strength training programme 😊

    I can hang for 75 seconds
    And I thought I was good
    But then is saw your channel
    And Now I feel like 'I have so much to learn'

      We’ve all got lots to learn 😊 that’s partly what keeps us going 💪🏼
      75 seconds is good! Certainly a good base to work from as grip strength/endurance is paramount for these sorts of workouts 🥷🏻
