How would I scan an oil pastel painting - they would smudge a scanner

Usually, I take pictures but when I need a high-definition image, I use a scanner and clean the scanner’s glass with a glass cleaner after using it. Also u
sing a fixative on the oil pastel drawings and put a piece of paper on top of the drawings helps to store them without smudging. Thank you so much for your kind words!! 🙏🏻💕

Can i ask you, have you ever tried Hwawon oil pastel? Is it good? Is it better or similar to Mungyo Gallery? The colour chart is great, but I don't know what about the quality.
