I have 2.9 years of experience in Amazon as an Investigation Specialist. Now I applied MSc in PM for Birmingham city University. Is taking up project management is a good decision? I chose PM because in my job the promotions ladder is - Investigation specialist, Sr Investigation Specialist, Manager, Program/product manager and it goes....

Neeraj got job in an unrelated field of his study due to his experience. I know many students are getting placed in unrelated fields due to their work experience and communication skills.
From my recent interaction with the students in UK, what I understand is that the UK job market is experience driven. Educational qualification is not even secondary.

Employers don't really care about it. It is the responsibility of the student to manage his/her working hrs. @bhakti2605 one can work full time after submission of final dissertation, which is mostly followed by summer break. But employers do not ask for anything as such, just right to work code is enough. It is the duty of the student not to work more than the stipulated hours as per visa regulations. Your question is not clear. If it is about experience, 3 years will be good enough. Communication and interpersonal skills matters a lot.
