So I remember this cartoon of some kids on a school field trip to a factory. The guide showed them this huge vat labeled Orange Juice with a faucet above it and vats to the side adding Ascorbic Acid and FD&C Yellow #6. The guide said 'I bet you kids thought Orange Juice came from oranges'. So maybe those 'empty' juice cars were actually filled at one of those chemical plants along the New Jersey Turnpike with Ascorbic Acid and FD&C Yellow #6? Just a thought...
