Great Video Alex as always very useful info thanks. Loving those orange curtains . Much love JB
Thanks JB!
Great comparison review of Prov1. I just competed a ball fitting directly with Titleist and actually landed on the Prov1 left dash. You can’t lose with any of the Pro v1 balls. Consistently premium performance. 🙌💯🔥
LOVE the left dash. Best ball they've made in a long time
I sometimes fade it off the tee..usual.carry around 260 or so..im an assassin with my wedges. I use to play pro v1x about 5 years ago. I left the game. Had family obligations. Now im back and in luv all over again 😅 been using b330. Thoughts? V1 or V1X ??
Pro V1x for me! Last version was spectacular, have my order in for 2023 version.
I take it you’re like a 1 or 2 say handicap.
You'll love the 2023 version! Let me know how you get on
The fact that they have very similar long game characteristics while have a difference in other parts is honestly impressive
yeah literally, technology has come such a long way
Hi Alex liked your Video 👍, love playing the ProV1X keep testing others but keep coming back to the ProVs👍, liked the 2019s best, early days with the 2023s but feel there an improvement on the 2021s👍, getting some good results with the Mizuno RB Tour X think they are worth a try👍, got 13 rounds out of the 2019 ProV1X, it’s great fun testing the New Balls, Thanks Dickey 9hcp 76year senior golfer
Thanks Dickey! Really like the Mizuno ball, it's a hidden gem.
Is there a difference in feel between the 2 compared to the last gen? I like the higher launch and spin from X but it’s just slightly to firm. I’m sure the new ones are pretty close to the last gen but are they any softer? Any firmer?
I would say the pro v1x feels slightly firmer but in all honesty it’s a very very small amount. Nothing major at all in feel differences
@@GolfmagicPlus thank you for getting back! Planning on heading to the store later today and was trying to decide which to pick up. The v1 x aren’t offensive by any means but I really prefer a softer ball, the last gen was right at the limit of what I want to play
hasnt the X always been known as a 'low spin' ball to bring down hooks/slice potential ? but going by this its higher spin in every aspect.. when is the X useful ?
X used to be the lower spinning model but they changed it several years ago and switched it up.
Depends on swing speed at higher swing speeds they are the very similar off the driver and the x spins more off the other stuff which is what alot of pros after
My guy, if carrying 290 or better qualifies as “not hitting the big stick well”, I’m gonna go throw my clubs in the nearest water hazard.
hahaha fair point!
Pro V1’s and 1X’s are tour balls. Most club players get no benefit using them. A lot carry them because of the name only. Srixon soft feel are good enough for 99% of golfers.
Haha great marking campaign. “They’re good enough.” Play the equipment you enjoy playing and give others the same grace. We are all just trying to enjoy the same great game.
False
@@JM-qn3tf what’s false?
@@andybt3989 you saying players don’t get any benefit from prov1x, duh
@@JM-qn3tf I said most club players! Club pros have told me the same! Your average club player would play just as good with a cheaper ball.
