1/2 of wild tumeric.
Mix well....
Store in containers use when need.

Vivek sir , i have problem with Manjistha and wild turmeric , replaced manjistha with Yashtimadhu powder ( liquorice) ,and wild turmeric with organic kesar ( saffron) , paste of them in pure organic rose water , in gold or silver bowl . It litterally ligtens skin and provides a shining glow . Along with this , if we add Swarna bhasma or Siddha Makardhwaj special to our diet , will get brilliant shining results .

i also had the same issue...but its been 2 months now..that i started following a proper routine..i.e in mrng i do yoga for hair growth search any video on youtube n do it for 10 mins daily ...so that there is good blood circulation in ur scalp which helps in decreasing hair fall...i also did yoga for thyroid..just search any video on youtube and follw that....n then in mrng i have 1 spoon full of seeds..just see preity prerna's video on seeds..there is 1 one video on her channel see that...... i have the mixture of these seeds daily 1 spoon in mrng..n along with this i started eating soaked almonds and walnuts....n later i have one seasonal fruit..follow all this n make ur hair internally strong...n for external remedy...i started applying fenugreek and kalonji water over my scalp for 1 hour before shampoo thrice a week..i followed dis for 1 month ....then next month i made preity prerna's kalonji and fenugreek oil.there is a video on her channel...and its been 1 month that i started applying her hair oil..n after 1 month of use i cann see baby hair grow over my scalp.....,.i hardly see hairfall...before 100-200 strands per day were normal but then now hardly 15-20 hair strands fall which is common...also i stopped eating sugar and packeged food..hope this will help yu....first make ur internal system n internal hair roots strong..only then external remedies will work....just follow all these things regularly..n yu ll see magical results...trust me....my thyroid levels are all normal now...thyroid levels depend on when yu sleep when yu wake wat yu eat..drink 8-10 glasses of water daily...

I used manjishta 1 year back on my face and i got allergic with full face rashes and itching.. used only manjishta with yoghurt or milk....
I used manjistha wirh rose water, it made my skin very dull
