    I've got all my accessory wires hooked up and when I turn off the key it shuts off then it comes back on and sits at zero. Does yours do that?

      With key off they still light up? You likely wired it up to a constant power source. I would search for a key on power source.

      I would make sure it's wired correctly, also check the voltages at the white signal wire
      Boost sender:
      30 vac= 0.02V
      20 vac = 0.333V
      10 vac = 0.667V
      0 = 1.0V
      5psi Boost= 1.345V
      10psi Boost= 1.689V
      15psi Boost= 2.034V
      25psi Boost= 2.724V
      30psi Boost = 3.069v

    Not a diaphram, it is an air filter to keep gauge clean.

      I actually replaced it! Should be fine to operate but I got lines that fit it better.
