I love the very clean and traditional Chin Na .The only thing I have a complaint against the comments where you keep saying that once a lock is locked on, the opponent can’t escape. With all the respect of the Master world, having such a wonderful martial art as Sanda. Why do they insist on continuing to use traditional styles? Depends on what style are you talking about. The internals arts definitely needs to tweaked for todays world but the body mechanics can stay the same. External martial arts are completely useless nowadays
