Please do more videos on cellaring. How long can wines really be kept at room temperature? &3F sounds very high to me. I have a 200 Eurocave unit for my nicer wines but I do like to start collection some sub $50 wines, those have to stay at room temperature, my unit is already close to max capacity. I have had a few cooked bottle in the past but not sure if storage was really the blame. I'd like to hear your experience on that. Great channel keep up the good work! As far as units go I suggest EuroCave and Le Cache for long term aging.

23 degrees in the summer and probably 10 in the winter.... with such an amplitude, you wines will mature very fast. Drink up your burgundies!
Nice video. I've a large wine collection yet no cellar, I have a massive headache! Cheers, Chris.

Which program on computer you use for cellaring and tracking your wines??
Just google drive! did you download my tracker?
Use vivino to track your cellar ….get a Liebherr Vinotek as a wine fridge
Use air conditioning.
Not cool enough :)
