Gta Online there's another ladder that doesn't work, you can climb up but not down. At least not for me, my characters never have been able to climb down it. You can see the ladder when you do Chaz Lieberman bounty.
Whoever found this glitch is a genius: Rockstar didn't see this one through because the developers didn't think we'd try that. this makes absolutely no sense at all but we all did this..right?
