    Ingredients:
    - 1 kg pork, cubed
    - 4 tablespoons Rovenas Bafat Masala (homemade, preservative-free, and no added color)
    - 2 tablespoons vinegar
    - Salt to taste
    - 4 onions, sliced
    - 1 pod garlic, minced
    - 1-inch piece of ginger, minced
    - 6 green chilies, slit
    - 4 bayleaf.
    - 5 cloves
    - 2" cinnamon
    Instructions:
    1. In a large bowl, marinate the cubed pork with Rovenas Bafat Masala, vinegar, and salt. Allow it to marinate for at least 30 minutes, or you can cook it immediately if you're in a hurry.
    2. Transfer the marinated pork to the pressure cooker.
    3. Add sliced onions, minced garlic, minced ginger, and slit green chilies to the pressure cooker. Add bayleaf, cloves and cinnamon.
    4. Close the lid of the pressure cooker and cook on high heat until it reaches full pressure. Once it reaches full pressure, reduce the heat to low and cook for 1 whistle.
    5. After 1 whistle, turn off the heat and allow the pressure to release naturally.
    6. Once the pressure has been released, carefully open the lid of the pressure cooker.
    7. If the gravy is too thick, you can add a little water to adjust the consistency according to your preference.
    8. Garnish with chopped cilantro, if desired, and serve hot with rice, sannas, or bread of your choice.
