You are a very good journalist. I have really enjoyed this interview, you are very respectful and passionate about actors and directors and it clearly shows. Great work!
Thanks for asking about the young Hugh+dog photo! Was so curious about the intention behind that, did they elaborate, or have you heard from the directors why they wanted a dog in the photo? To show how far he’s fallen from having any humanity or empathy?
Really enjoyed this movie, it was largely confined to a small area but it covered many topics I've always been interested in and hugh grant kept you guessing the entire movie, would rate it a solid 9/10, highly recommend it
We saw it at the Stardust Drive-In this past weekend. Brilliant film, top marks for the writing and acting! Hugh Grant blew us away with this role, love seeing him play these bad guys!! Chloe and Sophie are top notch. It was great to see Topher Grace make an appearance as well. Great job by the journalist.
Watched this film today and found it fascinating, it keeps you guessing all the way!! Fantastic interview with great insight, I was also wondering about the photo with Hugh and his dog.
Impressive content, DC Film Girl. Looking forward to your next upload from you. I smashed that thumbs up button on your video. Keep up the fantastic work! I'm curious, how did the creative team balance the horror elements with the character development in the film?
Hahaha🤫🤔🎓The, charming hip prof. So, in other words - Horror version of the rewrite, lol. He's, this generation's Patrick mcgoohan. The, little girl in wonder.....I guess, she's the mean teen who pranks sister paxton. But yeah, Ask hugh if B jones sequel, is a mash-up with About a boy. He, ought to reunite with Nicolas hoult & work with Andie macdowell's daughter🎬🎭.
Gen X normally wouldn't care about that Jar Jar Binks character, as only the first three Star Wars had any worth. After that, it was just Walt Disney's Avatar-type stuff. Hugh Grant only did that impression because he thought the young Gen Z would have seen and liked that character since it's not threatening or offensive to their delicate sensibilities.
Sophie Thatcher looks away a lot during this interview. It is hard to watch. Also, the girls are seated away from Hugh. It looks odd. I'm wondering why they are seated like that?
DON'T waste your money on this silly film!.. Poor writing. Poor acting. No plot structure. One dimensional characters. Boring. Very disrespectful to victims of the Mormon cult. Mormon missionaries deceive people into joining the cult and it destroys their lives.

Thank you so much! I appreciate this comment more than you know!

Dialogue and acting in this film is 12/10
Wondering if Hugh was going to go rogue was probably more suspenseful than the film itself, and the girls seemed to share that feeling.

I didn’t know Hugh was so weird, and I love it hahaha

amazing film , we were terrified watching it, true chills in my spine
“We don’t really know why… 😂”
They were all great
Movie villains always have more fun exploring their roles. Time for a liberated weirdo Hugh Grant.
Sophie Thatcher and A24 is enough to convince me to pay for my ticket opening weekend
She's incredible in this!! One of my fav actors to watch right now!
Were those reasons for you to see MaXXXine, if you did watch it?
@ I wasn’t able to, but she was the reason I wanted to see it 😂

I want to hear all the dark stories Hugh Grant isn’t telling…
Great movie
Just like and like...like...like and like.... take a shot for every time you hear ''like''

I would love to know Hugh’s nightmare movie 😅
He once said it’s Midsommar
Seems like these 3 actors don't get on very well.
Hugh has a reputation of not being a diva.
I mean yeah it’s just a job like anything else. You’re not always gonna get along with your coworkers

Generational and cultural divide.
Sorry but the girls are boring..get why hugh seems off

Maybe it is contrary
Can these women speak without saying “like” all the time
Why on earth do the 3 Americans punctuate every utterance with LIKE??
Have you ever heard of the valley girl?
The girls’ body language is a bit of a ‘tell’…sorry Hugh
