My ladies cold from the air conditioner, even the closet/bathroom at times. If she says no I do something else like hang up her clothes in the closet. Go back and pj’s in hand try again. Most time works. I bought a nail brush and clean under her nails and wash her hands. Warm water does wonders. Go from there then lotion. Medication is tough at times. She likes her nails filed and clear Polish, lavender lotion. Works if not, ice cream etc. Thank you for your videos. It’s an ongoing learning adventure.
Thanks for sharing what's working for you, @cherylcampbell7495! So glad to know that you are also willing to continue to learn during your adventure!

I wish you could do one when they really say no, like a lot. What do you do when you feel like you have tried everything and they are still refusing?
Hi, @bethanymfoote3246. It sounds like hearing no is happening quite a bit for you. That's got to be frustrating and tiring for both of you. Please contact our team to work through some ideas with you. We offer a free 30-minute session. Consult@teepasnow.com or 1-877-877-1671.
Sweet I’m going to use it on my husband ❤
Sounds like a plan @judyrocha1590!
My patient refuses almost EVERYTHING. Shower, Meals, using his legs . He wants his 91 y.o. wife to " lift him". She can't. Thats why ive been Caring for him for 7 months. His Wife constantly " hops to it" and she's NOT ABLE to help him.
I redirect ..sometimes it works, most times not. He has Literal Temper Tantrums when his Wife tells him she Can't.
Patient is in his 9th year of Dementia.. hes ambulatory when he WANTS to be.
