I've been getting an error saying I need to update my insurance before I can log in for about a week now, even though i have already updated my insurance and they already accepted it. I've been on the phone with tech support numerous times trying to get it fixed, but it's still not fixed. At this point, it seams like a run around, and I dont think they are going to fix it.
I hope you get back on. Your metrics are great and should be taken into account. They need a transparency law that requires companies to disclose full details of deactivation.
So glad people are speaking out! I as well was deactivated according to them I had things on my background that they didn't specify, when I went to research it apparently it stated that I had a ticket for driving on the wrong side of the road- I did the 2nd appeal because there is no merit to that at all. I am 52, I haven't had any ticket or any kind in over 25 years so like wth are they even talking about! The 2nd appeal said they investigated it, nothing changed and the deactivation stands. Sent a copy of DMV record proving it was a false allegation and never heard a word back. Mind you I had already been sparking for 3 months, was out sparking, app glitched, reset it to find I had been given the boot! We need to get to the bottom of it and take action!
Same thing on my end deactivated no reason haven't even have human contact have called and the run around get a notification of don't send multiple appeals or it we delay process bunch of bs only entered one appeal just gave up on them it's so wrong of them hope they get sued for there bs....
At least you got a reason. All I got was "violation of community standards". Never was told what standard was violated or how. All of my stats were high, including an acceptance rate over 80%. No emails, no warning. Worked one day, deactivated the next. Have filed several unsuccessful appeals. How are you supposed to appeal what you have no idea what you're accused of?

I was deactivated yesterday for an unclear rear license picture. OG top earner, I didn't take the trash. Oh well, I pray you are blessed in the short time we have left here, amen.
I will say a prayer for you. It's horrible that they can't be more transparent. None of us stands a chance. I don't get how they deactivate people, not cheating or scamming, and yet I am constantly seeing other people with multiple phones and in groups. Makes no sense to me

I studied Computer Forensics in college. Clean driving record. Clean background. I worked for a school previously so I can even clear the child abuse background check.
@@tiptrips yea the customer rep said it’s supposedly a glitch and had me send a picture of my dl to a email but the email still said id could be 30-45 days for a pre arbitration telephone call fml

We need to create a Class action lawsuit against their deactivation process. People need to work.

I’m going through the same struggle. Calling support every time they upheld there decision smh. Been over 3 weeks now

My deactivation wasn't during Xmas. I was deactivated in Sep of 23
At this point, I think they are just picking random reasons for deactivating people. It’s ridiculous.
