I was told yesterday, that my car had to be completely empty or they would refuse to load the order. It took 3 Bozo's to losd my car and then they did it wrong- mixed everything up! And they didn't want me to get out of my car to supervise what they were doing. I told them I would try to never take one of their batches. Chaos !

I gave up on spark a few months ago due to tip baiters! There’s nothing worse than getting physical on the job, due to a big load. It’s gut wrenching when they deduct the tip for no reason. Good luck to everyone

Only way to make money on spark is shops curbside get alot of tip reductions and damaged items customers blame the driver. Shops will help you and even get u increased tips

Might want to take the time and read the independent contractors agreement you signed. If YOU sign for someone's delivery it is grounds for immediate deactivation. If nobody is there to sign for the order do the right thing and take it back to the store.

Crazy. People too lazy to do their own grocery shopping. Call me old school (or jut old) but I enjoy grocery shopping. Lots of deals and discounts you can't view from an app.

Why do you need tips? You're already making more then Walmart employees are just driving around sitting on your ass most of the day. Get a real job if you require tips to do this.

Another spark driver on you tube shared that she does not take the batch orders. Curbside orders pay better time wise she says. I'm not sure if I want to sign up to be a Spark Driver after seeing what all you are dealing with in your videos.

Recently I've been reading that California wants to ban all plastic bags. What do you think about Walmart Spark drivers using those blue plastic bins for the deliveries? Back when I was a kid the Milk Man left everything in plastic crates. He would pick up the empty crates on the next order. Same system with Sparkletts Water. The driver picked up any empty bottles and returned them. I don't know if this idea would work since the drivers use cars. Maybe the drivers could get extra money for every crate they turn in. I made lots of money when I was a kid returning empty bottles. Might be a bad idea if the crates are dirty.

Im tired of seeing these estimated payouts lol. Bro, the fact is you're not guaranteed to get those tips. You might get them 99% of the time but theres still a chance you won't. I would LOOOVEE to see the base payout on these orders. In my zone, these orders would be $7-$9 all day. I'm talking curbside not shop.

What matters most in my home markets are proximity, hustle, and strategy, as well as a bit of luck I know some Spark workers with bad metrics that do quite well, and some with outstanding metrics who struggle Until recently I would receive a fair amount of offers while at home, work, or shopping for other apps miles from Walmart, however currently I have to be inside Walmart stores walking the stores to get consistent numbers of offers This is mostly due to over-saturation in my home markets of 4 very busy stores

When I started working for Walmart Spark $40 plus shopping and 4 stop curbside offers, as well as good incentives were quite common Not only were $40 plus shopping offers quite common, item counts were lower, there were fewer heavy and bulk items, and distances were lower Currently most decentish offers are in the 20s, with higher item counts, more heavy and bulk items, higher mileage, and good incentives are rare In a 12 hour shift I may receive 1 or 2 offers in the $30s, or higher, so I have to make my money by grinding, and working multiple apps I receive quite a few low item count shopping offers, so I can sometimes complete 2 in an hour, or complete one and start another when it's busy Yesterday I had 4 shopping offers in the high $20s with insane item counts, deli items, locked case items, cases of water, 16 plus mile round trips etc, so I opted for more, but lower paying easy to shop offers which worked out well Until recently I would often receive multiple curbside offers in the high 20s, to low 30s, however now it's rare to receive any curbside offers as they give me mostly shopping offers
