Best idea since sliced bread, the Dry Bilge System, meant to keep you bilge nice and dry. Get rid of funky and musky odors by getting rid of standing water.
The bigger question is, why is so much water coming into the bilge to begin with? Making sure you figure that out will also help out tremendously. water = rust. Rust = not good.
Why isn't the bilge pump mounted in the very bottom of the bilge to get most all the water out? Those are way too high. One should be higher than the other to server as a backup bilge pump if things go awry.
I have been boating most of my life, the only dry boat I ever saw was still in the showroom..it's a boat, it's on the water and things get wet.

Wouldn't last more than 24hs in my center Bilge. Changed the filter
Pretty much the pump failed after that.
