Except all the points where he is comparing the prices with their pre-order listings so people who actually don't know better get fucked... good work "time of opening" excuses seem to be carrying this format when you literally can't resell the singles fast enough to get listed prices, you know ever.
Pack openings are cancer, the only true format is draft. They should have dropped your gaslit "premium product" collector booster asses instead of trying to tie in draft and set boosters to curb market saturation. Unless they bring back the list, the well has dried up.

I play Magic VERY casually with a friend, just using starter decks. Watching Wubby open packs is a great way for me to learn a bit more about the history of Magic and I love it ^^

The editing on these is perfect for MTG opening streams. I rarely play magic (I have a single commander pre-made deck and maybe 100 random extra cards) but the editing helps me understand wubby/chat's reactions to certain cards etc. and appreciate it more. Thanks Magic Man!

Great edits. I watched both streams live, but I agree with Wubby. The edited videos have something extra to them. Nice job. I love seeing the grand total, but I have a suggestion. Can you also include the total cost of the amount of boxes pulled to really let it sink in how much money he loses?
i feel like this channel might not only get more people into magic by going around the gatekeepier members of the community and just showing "yo, this shit is cool and fun," and not only serve as a helpful rewatchable collection of previously unrecorded box & pack openings, but could (to a much lesser degree) ingratiate wubby into the wider magic community outreach as a dedicated channel with magic-based videos getting 10s of thousands of views! even as a current non-magic player myself, its great to see all the ins and outs of a game people truly care about beyond "value of pulls." so excited for the commander games, and the future of this channel!!

Idk about the streams but ik these videos don’t get as many views as the regular highlight channel, but getting to see someone open something that I’ll never have a chance to, and it being some who just loves the game to love the game, and will put 3k+ cards in a deck bc he likes them? The edits are great, sprinkled in but not distracting. I love the sound of the prices, very satisfying. I usually listen to these videos while working and I get the idea without having to keep my eyes on the screen. Don't change a thing.

I got a Lost Caverns Collector box a week or so ago. The box topper was a full art foil Coat of Arms...and it's like a $100 card 😂 to say I was shocked would be an understatement
I first want to say that I love the editing, it is great! That being said, I would love things like a quick explanation subtitle clarifying things that Wubby never clarified (like how cards are indicated to be flippable). Just something I think would make these videos go from really good to great.
I hope he starts doing little magic segments from non stream aswell just to surprise us. I know they have the commander game planned soon and I cant wait for it :)

Wubby inspired me to get a couple fallout magic packs. I don’t know what I’m doing but I’m happy I’m doing it.
When I first opened a land out of a pack instead of a cool dino I was SO DISAPOINTED, but then I thought about how in all other sets that have something special there are commons and uncommons that just flood that spot. So I prefer these cool lands to the commons and uncommons that I didn't ever play

My cousin pulled the green Mana Crypt and the alt art for Cavern of Souls all in one box, kinda jealous but also happy for him
I got lucky on my first of 2 collector booster boxes when this set came out and pulled the purple Mana crypt.

5 months late, but on my birthday, i did open an Emblemed Cresting Mosasaurus. I eventually traded it for a Draft box of Neon Dynasty. Honestly worth it since I pulled one of each legendary land, a fable, both normal and alternate alt Jin Gitaxius, Wandering Emperor, and a whole bunch of other goodies. I was able to make a solid cube out of just the box, so i think it was worth it.
