These People Eat the Same Foods Everyday

- These are people who ate the same foods every day. In 2015, Andrew Harwryluk ate Chipotle every day for nearly six months. And still maintained his washboard abs. In 2018, a Wisconsin man said that he'd eaten 30,000 Big Macs from McDonald’s. In July of 2022, Sam Reid from Lexington, Virginia, was on a mission to eat nothing but Taco Bell for 30 days straight. Inside Edition Digital’s Andrea Swindall has more
I'm autistic and I go through phases where I'll just repeatedly have same thing.
I once went through a phase that every morning I had porridge with golden syrup. For dinner I would have chicken stroganoff with rice. That went on for nearly a year.
At my last apartment, there was a bakery beneath it and I always got a bacon sandwich and a coffee every morning when It opened. I would wake up everyday naturally at 6am, go downstairs and get breakfast. Then every lunchtime I would make homemade soup and just keep going back to it throughout the day for more.
Im autistic too but i cant eat the same things over and over no way
@@dickbeercheetoscigars2932 OP is probably British

Wow I'm autistic, and I do the same thing with food, and music. Didn't realized it could be corelated.
Makes sense because those with autism like routine because it’s a sense of stability that breeds a sense of safety knowing what’s going to be done and how
They really cannot go on dates, their partners will be like "Lemme guess, Chipotle again?"

Who needs a date when you’ve got food?!? 😋😋
When I did my first fitness round where I was really into training, there was a chipotle across the street and my trainer and I would grab a protein bowl at least 4x a week. Not only did I loose weight but my skin, hair and nails looked great. Chipotle is definitely my go-to when I don’t feel like cooking.
Sounds good and healthy.

I order from the Jamaican place if I don't wanna get up & cook sister.
I stopped going to chipotle when they started minimizing the portions
Agreed. This definitely works!
I love lentil soup. When I was young and broke in college, homemade soups saved my poor ass. It's cheap, filling and you can learn how to make a bunch of fun recipes. I could stretch a big pot for over a week.
Lentil soup is delicious. And like you said you can stretch it for a couple day.
It's delicious but produces horrible gas and intestinal pain

This is my time to shine:
I eat the same lunch every single day
chicken, rice and beans, carrots/corn, and sometimes broccoli
And as my drink just normal water with no ice that’s it everyday for years but sometimes I’ll eat out
Beans and rice+your favorite meat and veggies on the side=never go wrong.
I eat beans and rice with some type of meat 3 to 4 times a week. Plain white rice with great northern beans for poultry and pinto or kidney beans for beef. Always filling and delicious 👍
Same lol! I eat rice and beans+veggies+ salad+some kind of meat for lunch and dinner everyday since I was 5
One of my family members eats the same bread every day for breakfast.
Water with no ice for me too..😅😅
Never drunk soda before, or don't drink juiceb either..
i've been eating teriyaki chicken, cabbage, and rice for dinner for about 1 month
My employer eats the EXACT same lunch every. single. day. He eats a turkey and cheese sandwich, chips/pretzels, yogurt, and trail mix. The only change in the 6 years I’ve witnessed his eating habits is he stopped drinking soda and now drinks a Gatorade. Quite frankly, his lunch is a perfect representation of him: bland and way too routine.
thats a subtle diss on the poor guy😢
You didnt have to do my man like that 😭

I lived on instant noodles for 3 months straight, daily for lunch and dinner.
