yeah growers have started picking up the avocados early in season and storing them for later consumption. This method does not allow the fat to build up in the fruit so it is less tasty and variability in the same tree means some of them will never ripe before they get spoiled

He's just a guy who tells you what he's learned through his experiences, tries things out and lets you know what works for him and what doesn't and relays all information without any pressure or judgment and remains realistic throughout the entire process. Matt thanks for sharing your day of yummy food with us! I have been studying intermittent fasting so rock on to you! I wanted to share some of what I know about eating at night. Balancing our circadian rhythm is a huge benefit of intermittent fasting when done properly, but if you eat within 6 hrs of going to bed your chances of deep sleep and healthy digestion suffer tremendously. If you’re able to try 12-6pm or 11am-5pm perhaps you may feel a difference in how rested you feel and stressed you are the next day. Just an offering and I appreciate your content regardless of when and what you eat. Have a beautiful day!

"Creating a consistent, healthy, eating habit
    can be a challenge"
-Matt D'Avella, potential contestant for understatement
    of the year =P

pre-answer their objections (I forget the sales term for this)
Caveats given as defense to criticisms and to prevent being
