Great content man. Internet speed definitely sounds like one of your biggest pain points. Look into the Netgear Nighthawk M1 Mobile Hotspot Router. Uses cell reception but gets up to 1Gbs download speed and you can connect multiple devices. Needs a SIM card (T Mobile has an unlimited data SIM for $75 per 30 days). Might not be the best solution depending on cell reception at the warehouse but definitely has to be better than 75Mbs.

What’s best , label the books yourself or have Amazon do it? What kind of prep is done to the books if they come from a library. Do the reference stickers need to come off?

I find about $3500 worth of profit on average a week. I want to step up my game a little. I’m looking in buying a couple of Gaylord‘s but I’m not able to find anyone that supplies them. thanks for the vid Reezy, how do you streamline FBA label for 800 books? what does that process look like? takes me forever to print labels on the Avery 30 label sheet then one by one look for the book and label it.
The video I posted before this, it’s the first half of this video shows that. If you use a SKU for your books w a number sequence BEFORE any non unique part of the sku, they will always print in that exact order they were scanned in. The stickers print in alpha numeric order based on the sku, so keeping it in order is extrmely important

Hey everyone. I’m a little unsure about my next step. I’m trying to list my books. When arriving on the” no prep required “ screen/ stage …I need a ships from address..do I use my own address or do I need to enter a ups store I’ll be bringing them too
I use my phones wifi hotspot. It's up to 3 mega bits per second. Its capped at 15gb per month however.

Live lookups are more accurate when it comes to weight, and we are selling items as low as $0.50 profit so it’s super important

Scan in the books. Each book gets a unique sticker
You don’t really need to pay for AZ labels anymore since there’s the print thermal label option now for free inside seller central on the final shipping page
That’s only for the shipping label and still it requires a lot more clicks, it doesn’t include the fba labels portion

This creates unique box dimensions. Does he measure ever single box now for accurate dimensions? Or does he just use the uncut original dimensions? Does Amazon care if the dimensions are incorrect?
We ship pallets and box dimensions are not a big issue either way. I’ve always estimated them

I pay that same rate from Denver to Rialto I usually just put 1000 pounds but I think it’s up to 1500 pounds you will get the same rate. However I think your shipment weighs at least 1100lb. Thanks for the video

whats the average wait time for books to begin being sold after they are sent in? Side note ive labeled and done all prep work so nothing should hold them up by work needed to be done
Each one will vary. What’s the Escore/Sales Count? That’s the best data point to judge that by. Instead you can expect to sell 0.5-1.5% of your inventory a day depending on how aggressive/conservative your buying/repricing strategy is. So if you want to sell 100 books a day, you need 10K sellable books on a rolling basis.

As a set in a single box sealed and packed tightly w a label that read "This is a set. Do not separate"

Nope, but if you have a buying account you can sell with that, just gotta go through the seller application process which may or may not require a zoom style interview

I poly bagged all the books I just sent in and put label on outside of poly bag over the manufacturer barcode
Way too much work, you don’t need to do that unless
It has supplemental materials or it’s a dvd set that could fall out of the sleeve etc

Got my first big haul. I say big but it's only about 12% of what you have here lol i saw a Goodwill sticker on one of the books. Am I wasting time taking all the stickers off?
I would take price tags off, and anything that particularly gross but for the most part I would just leave them on and condition everything as good

Not counting my time. I probably won’t ever make that video, it would take too long and be too long. If I made a course I might do something like that. But the pieces of each video have already been put out.
