  • I have tested a new GRBL offline controller for 2 axis Lasers machine. This controller can be made so easy by one Arduino Uno , one LCD Keypad module and SD card madule.
    Features:
1- Specially for Lasers (2 Axis)
    2- Simplified version
    3- 2x16 LCD Display
4- SD card support (Can run G-code from SD card)
5- Axis jogging with speed and laser power settings
6- Showing engraving area (need specal file on SD card)
    HOW TO:
1- Upload code to Arduino Uno
2- Put Keypad LCD shield on it
3- Connect MOSI , MISO , SCK , CS , GND and 5V to SD Ram reader module , these pins have been shown in "Connection" link.
4- Connect 5v , GND , TX and RX to main GRBL Controller.
    5- Power your machine.
    Notes:
A- Controller needs SD card to run and start
B- Wires must be connected correctly to controller works OK
