  • Add a little intensity to your legs and glutes with a circle band! This workout targets your lower half with a resistance band. No band? No problem! You can perform all the exercises included without a band and still get a great workout. A mat is recommended but not required. This video includes low intensity, targeted posterior chain exercises.
