12 Angry men, with henry Fonda. A raw dialogue between twelve men that make up a jury, are at their wits end trying to decide if an 18 year old boy is guilty of murdering his father. Highly interesting, no action just talking.
Let's Find Out ASMR I agree. I’m pleasantly surprised that you actually followed up on my recommendation, your videos have really opened up a broad outlet of fascinating subjects for me such as existentialism, the human condition, and the universe. Your enthusiasm for knowledge has had a compounding influence on my desire to explore these topics of interest that I have not really touched on before. I feel very mentally stimulated by your articulate construction of words and your soft deep tones are brain melting to say the least. Thank you so much
Awesome video! Love the background sounds and softer whispers.
Dude check out Gangs Of New York, Taxi Driver, Raging Bull, Shutter Island and Wolf of Wall Street. All amazing Scorsese films. The Aviator is alright too but not everyone's thing.
Omg you replied! You're one of my favourite ASMRtists among the best with ER and PJ Dreams! I love your storytelling I fall asleep easily every night :) Watching 'The Man From Earth' today by your request!
Another tingly video, so relaxing, I just know I will have to rewatch cause no way I'll stay awake with such awesome whispering. LFO is the 'Insomnia Whisperer' 😪
I'm only 30 seconds in - watching this while I fall asleep. I love this kind of content cause I get to know you a bit better.
Niceguy Eddie ASMR "why don't u tell me what really happened?"
Just found your channel.. I think your my new favorite ASMR channel. Your videos are awesome.
I totally agree with you on the idea of liking movies that are at an optimal level. Never thought of it like that- but those are my favorite movies too- ones that really do their best in whatever they are doing. Singing, dancing, violence... almost like the best characture there can be, that's what they should be.
Oh my gosh. Into the Wild😭❤️
This is my favorite thing to watch!
🎬 Awesome favorites!
-Goodfellas is my all time favorite film!
I haven’t watched this whole video yet, but I’m wondering if you’ve ever seen Boardwalk Empire? Martin Scorsese was the executive producer & director of that show. It’s great! 🎥
I LOVED boardwalk empire. Prior to that show I had very little actual knowledge about the prohibition and it inspired me to read up on it more. Super super good show!~
Lol, I've been telling people for years to watch Man from Earth but nobody I know has bothered. Probably my favorite movie. Keep it up man, create more strategies for reaching out to a bigger audience and you'll definitely have a great chance for a UA-cam career!
I like how you started off talking about movies & ended with a 22 minute rant about my family.
Would love a part 3 😊
Can we get part 3 please? We seem to have pretty much the same taste in movies.
This is one of the best ASMR vid.. . . 😴
Hey thanks for sticking to your word! Amazing vid.
Great video. I watch movies bc it allowes me to access some realities which are not available to me (but other ppl live it) or as a matter of a fact to anyone.
Love your videos!
Commenting before watching but I recommend pulp fiction, shawnhank redemption and the dark night directors cut and fury, if you haven't already seen them. Btw really like your voice
Bruh shawnhank redemption really
Excellent Stuff!
I have always thought someone would remake the man from earth. it is such a captivating story. If you try to describe it, it is so hard to do it justice. I randomly watched it one day and have watched it a few times since as if it is on, I know I am in for a treat. It is such an amazing story line. Just amazing.
thesavannalady I bought the blue ray addition just because of this channel
Barry Lyndon is a mesmerizing film. Easily my favourite Kubrick film. It’s definitely not everyone’s cup of tea. It’s an epic rags-riches-rags story of a con artist and a deep exploration of free will vs fate, the human condition and the consequences of ambition and greed.
ive only heard of it in passing. i'll check it out, sounds good

I’d recommend checking out The Hunt (2012) if you have not. It’s a slightly under the radar foreign drama but it is incredibly entertaining.
I just realized I can manipulate the beginning of your videos by watching the end first. Sound familliar?
You're my new crush darling. Tingles tingles tingles. And comedy, in my opinion, is the pinnacle of tragedy, which is why it's so funny.
I’m not a horror fan either. I don’t get any entertainment out of it. Drama, action and comedy helps us see what life could be like acted out either in a protagonist or antagonist view. I think that is why I enjoy them, at least.
I’m so sorry-I completely passed out before finishing the video (in a good way) but if you haven’t seen Boys from Brazil with Gregory Peck, you MUST.
YES
"12 rules for life" in the back
For someone who is so interested in moral philosophy - and films about alienation and violence are a great way to study moral philosophy - then I'm surprised that Pulp Fiction isn't on your list. That's the ultimate film about definitions of right and wrong, all through the lens of extreme violence. Plus, it's hilarious. I'd also recommend Fellini's two great masterpieces - 8 and a Half and La Dolce Vita. They're all about man's role in the world, his capacity for good or evil and whether participation in the world (the creative drive, the love drive, intimate relationships) is even worth it, or whether withdrawal into apathy and cynicism is a legitimate response to meaningless. Fellini's humanism has gone out of fashion these days but I find both those films extraordinarily moving and beautiful.
shenanigans wow you just made me add some movies to my list thanks
I’ve watched this video countless times and today finally got to watching man from earth as wow you were not lying when you said one of the best films ever made! Shame the second film wasn’t that great
nice! glad you liked it! the writing and plot are so underrated
No offense but I wish you did more videos like this and science and philosophy stuff those are okay but more of something like this or role plays still great content
Very interesting
This is already 4 years old. That's crazy but anyway, there's been a lot of movies that has been released since the upload date of this video. So, I think it would be cool if you could do another movie review video.
