*WARNING* Hepburn Lagoon. BIG REDFIN. July 2024.

Hi All. In this video I'm fly fishing Hepburn Lagoon in central Victoria. Was only for 3 to 4 hours. I'm using Damsel and smelt type flies. Using floating and sinking lines. havent fish Hepburn in nearly 20yrs last time my mate caught a nice trout on lures back when we were teens, weeds were bad back then too

Great fish, only big models show up in winter for some reason. Was lucky enough to land a 43cm Reddie at moorabool about 2 weeks ago, funnily enough it didn't fight too much, must be the cold water
