The maestro of painting. Each brush stroke is as important as all the brushstrokes-made me want to think about that idea the next time I paint ! Brilliant tid bits throughout.
Very inspiring and fine video and a joy to watch and listen to a painter that you i feel has become one with his chosen technique, style and feeling of painting an image of something deeply experienced and valued.🎵🌷🎶♥️
I watched David Leffel today again and I admire the way he works and turns out beautiful still life, so realistic, so delicate and so "clever". Hand and mind of a great master!
Thank you very much, Master! For sharing your invaluable experience with us! I'm from Russia. And even though I don't know much English, I understand everything. I just forget everything when I watch your videos! Thank you very much!!!
Thank you for sharing your wonderful skills. I enjoyed watching your video and learned a lot from you. What is the nature of the medium you used? It is not known in the UK.
Hi, the Master artist noted in one of his book the following, I quote:" Maroger is a medium that I add to my paint color to give them a consistency I work cimfortably with. The word itself is the name of a French restaurer of paintings, Jacques Maroger, who formukated this medium from cold-pressed linseed oil, litharge, and mastic varnish. Maroger dries over night". (B: 1884 D: 1962). To avoid advertizing any manufacturor I will not state a company name. However expensive compared to common mediums, the Maroger is available by sesrching the web. I hope this helps a little.
