A cool morning breeze, a cup of hot coffee and now your handsome, bearded face. This morning is truly blessed ⭐ The Heaven and Earth Grocery Store sounds really interesting. Now to add yet another book to my wish list lol
I have the friendly Jane Austen collection that I plan on reading for Jane Austen July. I heard about it from Steve Donoghue. The quirky cover threw me off but I hope it's a bit more serious with the subject matter.
I haven't looked at that one very closely, but I remember enjoying The Friendly Shakespeare very much. To the best of my recollection, it took a pretty light approach
Reading was a big deal in Dickens time, it was also when the majority of folks in UK and US became literate, in previous centuries the public were largely illiterate.

@@LiterateTexan Good! I hope you're smiling and that your day goes in your favor
@superkitten7560 So far so good. I'm at a dicuss doctors appointment in Dallas, but I'm all smiles, thanks, in part, to you.
You really do have eclectic tastes: from Attica-to-Abby!
Nice!
Christopher Hitchens was fascinating. His religious debates on UA-cam are fun to watch. Especially Hitchens vs Hitchens.
Oh, that sounds like must- watch programming for sure
