'Slave To The Grind' is legit one of the greatest albums of all time.
Not a dud track on it.
Everything about this album is incredible! Some of the best tracks aren't even the ones you hear played on the radio. This was one of my all-time faves off the album. Check out Beggar's Day and Mudkicker and... screw it! Do the whole flippin' album already! It does not disappoint even decades later!

Slave to the Grind is still one of the greatest albums of ALL TIME!! It's pretty much flawless.
So happy i use to grew up with that music.... So much memories...
I had the privilege of seeing them live in 1995 at The Warfield in SF and he DEFINITELY delivered an amazing performance vocal and awesome stage presence-wise in general.

Skid Row's best album by far. A masterpeice. I got chills remembering being 14 years old and cranking this tape in my dad's car on long drives. AND it's so interesting (sadening?) to compare attitudes back in '91 with attitudes today. This song is, in today's flippant parlance: "based AF". It may even be "woke". It would cause a sh~tstorm if it came out today. It goes right to jugular of what eats away at the American Soul. The whole album is like that. When did popular music stop speaking truth to power, and when did people switch sides?
Saw Skid Row Live on several occasions. Always a phenomenal show. Crazy loud and aggressive. But by far the best was when they took Pantera out as the opener. Talk about an experience that really can't be described.
This had to be the most vocal destructive song of Bachs. Just amazing!

Dude ain’t lying, all 12 songs are absolute bangers. One of my Top 10 favorite albums all time, and this is one of the best songs on there. Bach is the best rock singer of all time imo.
"Can you imagine what this would be like to view live?" -- Let me help you out. Don't. Some things are too good to be true, and the vocals on here are some of those things. I mean, when he sings live, you can tell he was the one they recorded in the studio, but man, he never sounds like this.
