    Dr. Masha, thank you for the information on treating long Covid. My son has had a lot of the same symptoms you have had and after more than 3 years of suffering with his symptoms he now has extreme fatigue. So many tests, xrays, blood work, counselors, prescription meds, natural supplements, body cleanses, etc. our next step is to try hyperbaric. Can you recommend anything else? And, have you ever heard of graphene oxide being a heavy metal introduced into the bloodstream after getting the Covid vaccines and boosters? I'm wondering if that has anything to do with the fatigue as well.

    • @hyperbaric
      @hyperbaric  Рік тому

      Hi Le, I am sorry to hear your son is unwell. While this may sound like a general recommendation, I find that it it works really well: once you find the root cause, it would be a lot easier to find a solution that works. I.e. - Covid was a trigger, and we need to look at the terrain, what is it, that made your son susceptible to getting chronic fatigue? To name the few, it could be; mold, heavy metals (you mentioned it in your post), compromised detoxification pathways, other hidden infections that were reactivated, etc. A skilled practitioner can figure it out, and when you address the root cause everything else he does will bring better results. I talk about it here ua-cam.com/video/WGeLPlwpkWg/v-deo.html

    Hi Masha, thanks a lot for your helpful video. It is sometimes recommended not to take antioxidants immediately before or after an HBOT treatment. Do you agree with that? At what time(s) during the day did you take your glutathione?

    • @hyperbaric
      @hyperbaric  10 місяців тому

      Hi Paul, glutathione has a pretty short half-life, 10-90 mins. This means that 90 mins later, maximum 50% of glutathione ingested remains in the system. In about 3 hrs all of has been used by the system.

      @@hyperbaric thank you for taking the time to answer me 😃. So, do you say that it’s ok to take glutathione right before/after HBOT? Or would you recommend to wait?

    Hello Doctor Masha,
    Do you know IHHT ( Intermittent hypoxia-hyperoxia treatment ? )
    Do you think it is possible to have a home device for IHHT ?
    And are you trained to this therapy to help your patients using it at home ?
    This therapy looks interesting and does not reduire much space at home.
    Would it be as effective as hyperbaric oxygen therapy ?
    Thank you so much for your help!

      Hello Anne. I have seen some good results with hypoxia/hyperoxia treatment in athletes. However in my opinion, HBOT has more applications, and the benefits of HBOT are systemic and more diverse.IHHT uses different concentrations of oxygen, HBOT does the same under pressure. Pressure increases the amount of oxygen delivered to cells and tissues. Many beneficial effects of oxygen require higher oxygen concentration

    Hi, I was hospitalised with Covid pneumonitis in October 2021. I almost died. I spent 2 weeks in the ICU on a ventilator, in an induced coma where all my bodily functions were managed by machinery, medications, nasal feeding tube, etc. I was then moved to a respiratory ward and still on oxygen & nasal gastric feeding tube. I spent 2 weeks there. I was then moved to a Covid ward where I spent a further 2 weeks and finally a regular room after testing negative, where I stayed for a further 2 weeks. I was in hospital for 2 months in total and it was the worst experience of my life. Since then, I have long covid and all the symptoms + what you have mentioned.
    I already looked into hyperbaric treatment and it is too expensive for me. There’s actually a place not far from me, but I’d still have to get taxi’s to and from the centre. How do I go about getting that help, as someone who no longer works, is on a low income and struggling?
    I was severely ill, the doctors even told my parents I might not pull through the first night in ICU.

      Same here man. I'm 23 and have been enduring long COVID for 23 months now. July 27th, 2023 will be my two-year anniversary with it. I can hardly taste or smell still. Life just sucks. Sorry that this is happening to us. I'm going to try a stellate ganglion injection. I've seen a good amount of videos of people saying that is the treatment that cured them at least for the taste and smell aspect of their symptoms.

      There is an incredibly wonderful UA-cam channel by Raelan Agle. She interview many people with both ME/CFS and long Covid. It is super helpful and will help you get back hope, which is vital for your healing journey. Part of what helps is learning to heal the negative patterns in the mind that cause the nervous system to go into constant fight or flight. Our bodies don't heal when we are in fight or flight. Also healing the revved up nervous system helps. Our bodies naturally heal, but we have to provide a healing ecology. I believe you will get there.

      Covid gave me Pneumonia, heart inflamation and asthma. I was hospitalized for two weeks, a part of my Left Lung collapse and almost didn't make it.
      About a month after being discharged from the hospital my doctor told me to get the vax (Moderna) and it literally gave me Long Covid.
      Long Covid gave me Chronic Fatigue, I was bed bound for months. Also had tachycardia, shortness of breath, brainfog, gi issues, high blood pressure, Hypoglycemia and pots. It was so bad I could only eat steak, sweet potatoes and water for months. I went from 245 to 175 lbs. I used to go to emergency room every week.
      Long story short, I got better after taking Diltiazem Cd, Fluvoxamine, statins, and Plavix. Supplements: Vitamin B1 and magnesium oxide. Also taking nac, glycine, quercetin and vitamin c (vitamins I take it all together) and melatonin too. Don't

    These videos should come with a warning; there will be plenty of people suffering who watch this and then rush out to join a HO club…..some of these people will have undiagnosed lung pathology….. and then whoops … welcome to barotrauma …. Eg your lung will collapse whilst in the chamber. Many, if not most, people with serious long covid have lung degradation….consequently they should be very careful about following protocols such as the one described here. What are you selling dude?
