My Running Story

With some new faces around here, I thought I’d take a little time to share my story and re-introduce myself.
I’ve always tried to keep my UA-cam page mostly educational and more about helping YOU than posting about me -
But I do feel it helps to have a little background on the dude you’re following.
So, here’s that background.
I am fully booked for 1 on 1 clients through the first few months of ‘24, but if you’d still like some help in your running -
