"Don't let anyone or anything make you feel bad because you're learning" : that's powerful words. Too many of us have been shamed or mocked into learning something they love and not being immediately good at it. Kindness is key.
That's a real man, a real teacher, and a real human being! Just wow. I wish with all my heart that there could be more people like Jason to help us do better.
This is what people go on the mats for. This attitude transfers through all styles and systems. Top man, great attitude and guidance. True Martial Arts and life teaching.
I’m a white man, and see these videos. I’m extremely happy and great full it’s not about race, color, or class. These are traits for building and learning that stick with u, no matter your race or status
I love the applause at the end. Not because he failed, but because he tried his hardest, learned, and determined to try again. Resilience and perseverance are critical, but the key here is the warrior spirit to never give up.
I will say it again: we do need more teachers like this. Not only kids, but adults too. Some people get arrogant along the way and forget they were once a beginner. Each one has their own timing when it comes to learning and overcoming things...that must be respected.
One of the hardest lessons in life I've had to learn still. My dad has always told me adversity will always be there, never gonna go away. But God will test you and he's waiting on you whenever you wanna listen. Keep going guys, fear is failure leaving the heart, mind, and soul.
This is my second video and I already love this dude. A man like this is exactly what we need for our kids these days. I'm so thankful he's giving these youngsters Biblical scriptures the Proverb that he's using fits perfect
You have no idea how inspiring you are to me. My fiancée came across your book and gave it to me as a gift. To this day it’s one of my favorites. I look forward to meeting you one day. Thank you!

I love you keep making progress. 🙌
What a good teacher this fellow is! You have to master your thoughts and your heart before you can truly learn anything and the whole process is one small brick upon another until you have formed the thing that you want.
Watching you're videos has made me want to me a better man and father. I wish there was a school loke yours near me. Though we are from different religions i salute you sir. God bless you
Best Martial art teacher ever, what you build to that young generation will last forever at any point in life will be hard for them to lose their interest.

He'd also fix it quickly too. Man, I love watching this guy work with kids. I wish I had him in my life when I was a kid without a father around. By the way, does anyone know what martial art this is?
My dad was a great man .he was . he only taught me that i had to fight sometimes never taught me to overcome fear or failure . only thing he said was say what you mean mean what you say . that part i understand . what he was teaching me there was don't run your mouth if you're not 100% sure you're going to do something about it . he didn't teach me how to overcome my self doubt . dad was 6.3 260 and could fight and move better than you expect . but me im 5.7 179 and i have to hit beast mode before ill even stand up for myself . i do go beast mode over loved ones being misstreated .its the only time i don't care what happens to me ! I wish i could have been taught like this i would have turned out far better . as it is now i feel useless unless im pissed . i don't get angry much i try to walk away .it seems that if i get bullied then i can go ape before i can stop myself . these young boys have the best teacher i have ever seen !
Good instructor he explains the issue at the level of maturity that the youngster can understand! The young man appeared nervous or had a case of "Stage Fright" by the fact that it was a test and he was overwhelmed by having to perform in front of the class?
