  • The wild bergamot, which is native to North America, has beautiful purple flowers. But, as LSU AgCenter horticulturist Heather Kirk-Ballard explains on this edition of Get It Growing, it’s also wonderful for cut flowers, attracting bees and making teas.

    Can LSU AG center please do some videos on creating a Pollinator garden from front to back with just plants for zone 9? I’m tire of all these videos showing beautiful pollinator flowers and shrubs and you come to find out they won’t work in zone 9.

    Is there a list of native wildflowers you can find in Louisiana? I would love to start a native flower bed.
