This "filling" (Ephesians 5:18) is generally, but not always, by the "laying on of hands", yet salvation is by Romans 10:9,10. Not all believers are full of the Holy Spirit (but can and should), as depicted in Stephen, who was chosen; "being full of the Holy Spirit"; Acts 6:5.

And that's why he is using 3 names on one side and Jesus on the other side so he can satisfy both sides. Everyone who is born again has received the gift of holy Spirit. God the giver is Holy Spirit. Paul is asking If they have manifested the spirit that they have already received.

Holy Spirit is God and his name is Yahweh. Jesus is Jesus. There is no Trinity
