I still watch this every morning on Start TV. I wake up at 5 am to watch 2 hours of DQMW. LOVE you guys. Wish the show was still on. I laugh and cry depending on the episode.

Joe was really good throwing the tomahawk. Apparently they hired someone for a few weeks to help teach "Sully" to throw. After 3days he threw the tomahawk at a rope on a wall and hit it. That was the end of his tutoring. I used to participate in the reenactment summer festivals. I was quite good with a tomahawk myself. I actually won a couple contests! Joe has beautiful form when throwing! He's a natural.
This show was excellently done! Topics, the acting, the many storylines. I hadn’t watched all of them back in the 90’s and early 2000’s, but just finished watching the entire show. It definitely left me wanting to see more. It would have been sweet for Myra and Horace to get back together!
No one mentions that faithful wolf dog. How did they get him to be so perfect and obedient and stay so close to Sulley. = things like they they should have asked. That dog was almost human !
Yes, that dog was wonderful. Joe Lando said in a different interview that the dog just loved him and was so happy all the time to be near him. They had a very special connection. Smart dog.
@esthermizell3507 Yes, Cody was the one that was with Joe the most, he was the loyal, loving, protective companion. He refused to growl at anyone, so they used another dog Chaz to do that and a third dog, King as the "attack" dog. Cody was wonderful.
It is a very great show. I love watching Dr .Quinn on via play every morning with my breakfast. I watched it as young too and oh boy I felt in love with Sully but as I have turned 43 years old he is still hot to watch. Lol.
Mines too if they do a reboot of this it wouldn't be the same without Mr Loren Gray. It's like them bringing back the Cosby's Show, 227, A Different World and Who's the Boss, it wouldn't be the same without Mona, Rose, Pearl. Cliff parents and Claire's mother and Mr Gain, and Whitney's mother. It wouldn't be the same without those people on those shows.
I loved this show and watched every episode on Prime Video. Jane Seymour was fantastic in the part, and so was Joe Lando and the whole cast. I was so surprised when they had a clip of James Arness, Marshal Dillon in Gunsmoke, in the last episode in 1998.

In Australia there were daytime daily reruns during last 6/7 years. Having retired I was delighted to watch something so deeply moving & meaningful. I missed it when it was on because I was a single parent studying to be a teacher &then immersed in being an early childhood teacher. So glad I caught up. Thank you. 💜💜☮☮

I'd like to see Dr Quinn just pick up where they left off - not put them too much in the future. WE love Sully the way he was and all the characters to just carry on as they were. They'd still have a young daughter at home. A son Matthew running his ranch near by. Colleen and husband with their practice near by. Most of us don't' like change too much. I never miss Dr Quinn on START TV. I'm saving up for the complete DVD's Sully HAS TO GROW HIS HAIR OUT LIKE BEFORE - SO HANDSOME. Short hair makes a man look old and he's too handsome for that. Hair makes the man. Mel Gibson looked so young with his long hair and once he cut it short he aged over-night 25 years ! 'They had the history a bit off because Colorado was a CSA territory NOT an USA one ! The US Soldiers were invaders basically and had no right there. Only Dr Quinn was a Yankee from Boston. Everyone else were Confederates ! They got it right how the US military treated all Indians - they hated them and wanted them all dead. They got that part right.
The “pirate” shirt was painful to watch, because it was dirty, stain, in fact all the mountain cloths for joe Landó were painful to watch. I don’t think that he had a voice in his character.
I want dr. Quinn back the way it was as does everyone in my city! We feel that the truth was too much for the TV station and that's why they canceled it! And it's a lot of the reason that people across the United States do not subscribe 2 sites that don't offer doctor Quinn to watch. We demand to have dr. Quinn back with Sully and Cloud dancing! What do we need to do ...get a petition and send it to CBS? We watch it any place we can find it. I could Riot over it personally but I'm too civil for that. But we miss you so much. And I want to know where Cloud dancing is? I just learned his real name last week and I can't remember it now . I am absolutely in love with him . I was so jealous of Dorothy . And the ending was so abrupt , everyone getting what they wanted all at once like it was with Frasier , horrible. There could have been so many seasons with that or episodes I might say . Why isn't Cloud dancing with you today? Please we want dr. Quinn back!

He always looked mean, but never attacked anyone.
I believe there were many dogs that played that role and all family!
