Another very colourful variety, including my first and second views here of 66779. What was that interesting Colas HST, please, with a 91 in the middle? A NR inspection train perhaps? Thanks for a great vid.
Thank you Mike. The Colas HST with the 91 is testing the OHLE, it has also been running on the Midland Mainline. What it is testing for I don't know. Plenty of photos and video if you search for Colas Powerlines Romic.
Loved the vid, particularly the shots of the trains coming round the bends and snaking through the pointwork👍🏻 and that combine looked a serious bit of kit!
@@nealslatter6125 It used to be a daily occurance but it is not very often that we see northbound freight using that route through Werrington Junction since the dive under was built, it does make good video though. I like filming farm machinery working, the combine was brand new so I hope the cutting head didn't get damaged when it got clogged up. Thank you for watching.
Great video as usual Mike, really good variety. At the green bridge what height are the ramp surrounds, i'm thinking of bringing a 2 step ladder to get me up to six foot plus.
@@peterlittle6651 The east (Werrington) side of the bridge the ramps are all 1.5m high. On the west (Bretton) side they are 1.8m high facing the railway. The span over the railway is 1.85m, 50mm was added since I took that video. You should be alright with a two step ladder, I am 6ft tall and can see over the highest points with one of those 9 inch high plastic step stools.
Got to include a bit of farming, it's what us Lincolnshire Yellowbelly's are famous for. BTW, it's not a Claas, it's a Case.😀 As always, thanks for watching and commenting.
You were travelling in style then James, far more comfortable than those Azumas. I usually see quite a few of the IC225's in the afternoon and early evening. Thank you for watching and commenting.
I have to agree with you John regarding the dive under. It does the job as intended but those soil nails sticking out of the embankments look really awful. I'm afraid the days of Victorian engineering with pleasing aesthetics as well as functionality are long gone. Thank you for watching and commenting.

Great video, just love the head on combine
Can't beat a bit of farming to relieve the boredom of trains 🤣

Apologies Mike, just found your November 2019 video with the bridge in. Really helps.

A good selection of traction on show Mick including a combine harvester... what class is that? 😂

Like your videos. I used to go and video at Helpston crossing many years ago. Deltics racing along the ecml. Ah those were the days.
Glad you like the videos. Not quite as good as Deltic days although there is still plenty of interesting things to see. Thank you for watching.
Did you see a 801226 on 1S19?
Yes.
I've just realised, only TWO of the 20's are running! The third one wasn't even on!
🤔I don't see any 20's in this video🤔
Which video were they on?
@@mikeuk4130 The only video with 20's just recently was No.130. I have never seen three together so I don't know what Theo is referring to.
@@werringtonjunction Me neither, unless he is mistakenly recalling the "Three to the Sea" railtour, which ran South via Sheffield and the MML.
Great video, was travelling onboard an IC225 last week, train might have passed you who knows.

Great train video. Thanks WJ. But the flyunder north portal - why would someone build something (anything?) that looked that ugly? JP, Cheltenham.
