I'd recommend having a listen to Firelink Shrine, Ash Lake, and Gwyn from Dark Souls 1. Majula, Things Betwixt, and Sir Alonne from DS2. Firelink Shrine, Deacons of the Deep, Abyss Watchers, Yhorm, Soul of Cinder, Sister Friede, and Slave Knight Gael from DS3. Nexus, and Maiden in Black from Demon's Souls. Hail the Nightmare, Gehrman, Ludwig, Lady Maria, and Orphan from Bloodborne. Lots of other good tracks, but those are the standouts for me.
