Inside Dangerous Slum Internet Cafe ($0.17 per hour)

Internet Cafes were very common 15+ years ago but have slowly disappeared. Luckily for me they are still a frequent sight in the Philippines. During my travels here I have been to a few but I wanted to explore those located inside Philippines most dangerous slum "Happyland" (Barangay 105).
