So moral of the story. If you’re just chasing a YG set don’t buy a case.
can you imagine spending what will be an insane amount for a case of series 2 and not pulling a single bedard young guns? That was brutal...
It does have me discouraged as well.
Going to happen to people. Heck I bought 15 boxes last year before I pulled a Beniers my chase card.
@animatefan1007Hahaha, you must be new to the hobby lol. There will NOT be a drop on Bedards yg when it hits the market, it will stay same or go up quickly depending on the fickle "collectors".

Yeah. I think the box odds for any particular YG is 8-9 boxes...so, that's terrifying at $3600 per case. And, don't get your hopes up for retail either. With the format change it's only 1 YG per Blaster.
After ripping a case I was missing 1 Young Guns (Akito Hirose) so I'd say a complete set out of a case isn't common but you'll be close.
p.s. Kasper, Edvinsson, Knies, & Levi all came out of the same box but I don't remember if Thrun or Desharnais were there too

Man that is rough. I bought 3 boxes from miraj got two high gloss one of them was Tyson foerster silver Marco Casper and kleven 3 young guns canvas yg knies and yg Luke Hughes 3 clear cut base cards die cut star surge. I think I got 2 huge boxes from two cases and a 3rd meh box. I love this years series 1 can’t wait for series 2😅
That was a rough case Zeree, I saw addicted to ripping pull all the ygs in his case, hope you find the Kneiss and Levi YGs for your full collection, best wishes
That was rough bud. I can confirm Kasper, Knies and Levi are boxed together. Got 2 boxes and hit those 3 in both boxes. From different stores/cases
Levi is beyond overrated. Knies and Kasper are not.
The Rust clearcut card looks unreal.
I had almost exactly same YGs as your Box 11. You had a Nashville player, where I had the YG checklist. Other 5 YGs exactly the same: Faber, Beck, Farrell, Merilainen, Gushchin. UD "collation" strikes again.
Well I bought three tins yesterday...pulled Devon Levi young guns outburst from the 2nd pack I opened and a Matthew Knies young guns from the last pack I opened...I bought two hobby boxes and the only note worth young gun from the two was a wolf young guns....the hobby is just that way sometimes...
Opened a hobby box of platinum, was missing a pack… UD says it will be 12-16 weeks for replacement… good lord!
The Wolf was pretty nice, but to miss out on the Knies and Levi stings a bit. People will be pretty apprehensive with the Series Two.
Levi is OVERRATED.
Imo these hobby boxes arent worth 75 each
Pulled knies, Levi and McDavid Deluxe in the same box, also pulled a pop 100 Askarov in another box

I was missing 4 YGs from my case. One of them being Luke Hughes. Also only hit 71 of 72 YGs. I wonder if the new configuration has screwed with their collation process? Hopefully they get it sorted for S2.
I've opened 4 boxes and had 2 boxes with 5 young guns. So I'd say so.

hold up, only the two pop counts? wow! I bought a single box because they released the day before my birthday lol usually don’t buy new releases. pulled a Guttman PC 1 (immediately proven via eBay not to be a true 1 of 1) and a Elias PC 25…!
My case was short a Marco Kasper YG. The collation had better improve for S2.

Looks like you got the same case as I got. No Bedard and no Levi in mine. I did get all but Levi.
I also have to send back 29 young guns. All had chipping across the top pretty good.
That Bedard is looking more than worth it's value now, i thought the ZEEman would've pulled at least 2 of em.

Should of traded hobby boxes with you. Bought the last one yesterday at my lcs. Devils fan. Trying to chase the Luke Hughes YG. Pulled his debut dates. Managed a UD Canvas of Knies and outburst yg desharnais
First blaster box at my local wal mart I bought had a hughes in it. First card I bought since the 90s
The faber and Hughes yg pulls are looking a lot better than Knies and Levi now

Only missing 6 YG to complete the chicklist out of one case is not bad when you had to buy 2 cases before to get all the YGs.

UD1 was going to be bad that is why bedard is in series 2 you have to buy junk to get the good stuff at the good prices or you pay the inflated cost

I got two boxes of this last week. How did I do ? Here’s the highlights. Dylan cozens clear cut. Tim stutzle star surge red dye cut. Twelve regular young guns (jasper, Grieg, Edvinsson, Pelletier, beck ) one of one printing plate canvas young guns Tyler kleven. Black and white canvas young guns Simon edvinsson. Brock faber canvas young guns. Will cuyle canvas young guns. Jiri patera outburst young guns.
I bought 6 boxes and was able to choose from a fresh case. I pulled 2 Knies , and most of the higher end YG's. On my second box something was off with the feel of the box. It felt like it was bulging on one side. Opened it and there was 13 packs. So as i opened this second box there was a Bedard draft day card. Got really lucky on those 6 boxes especially the second one. Does any one know what the odds are for the draft day card?
Draft card odds are unannounced, but the popular opinion seems to be one every three cases or so.

Not for me , just the Knies ,Coronato, forester outburst , Evangelista canvas, Iorio, klemen, greaves, mcward. Only opened one box so far myself .

I just opened a box of 21-22 sr 2 (hobby) and got zero young guns -- anyone ever seen this before??
I have mixed feelings on this product. I opened up 8 cases, all purchased at the same time. I had a lot of fun opening 5 of the cases. But it appears they throw in an absolutely brutal case 1 in every 3 cases. I think they take some of the good cards from the one case and put them in the next case to make one super case and one bad case.
The 1st case I opened was an absolute disgrace. Absolutely nothing, damaged cards, correlations were off. I only got 5 Canvas YG's and they were all the crap ones etc.
The 2nd case was average.
The 3rd case I opened was absolute fire. Luke Huges exclusives, Tyler Kleven High Gloss, Foerster Deluxe and Levi Clear Cut. All but 1 of the 6 canvas yg's were good hits. Plus a Coranato YG canvas black & white, a Jack Hughes Pop Count 100 etc. It was awesome!
The 4th case was another abomination.
The 5th case was an average one.
The 6th case was fire again. No high gloss though.
The 7th case was another abomination.
The 8th case was average again.
From my experience opening this product...you better damn well hope you dont pull those brutal cases. They shouldn't be doing that. It completely screws people over for their hard money. It's not needed.
Just thought I'd share my experience.

Wow. Jack up the prices change the format, add a bunch of worthless inserts and not give you 2 of the top rookies. Its almost not worth collecting anymore.i have only bought 2 blasters this yr and that was in january. Cant afford it anymore. Seems like alot more risk than reward
Got exactly what you asked for buying an entire case tbh 😂 if you’re chasing a card just buy it. Everything in this set is way cheaper than this case

Modern products really just isnt it anymore.
Prices go up, quality both in terms of pulls and quality control goes down.
I used to buy 2 hobby boxes of almost all products but that has shrunk to not buying anything anymore, excpet for the odd box when it goes for sale..Even staples like Platinum and SPA doesnt feel worth it anymore.
Sorry you didn’t get everything you wanted. But this was such an upgrade for flagship from the last two years.

Cruel case. Seems to me if you don't get top rookies in every pack then there is little else of any value. Most of those inserts are value-less, especially those Teachers Pet ones, what garbage...and I find those portraits ridiculous too....who gets paid (and likely well) to think up that crap....
