Awesome...thank you Jeremy....from Paragon ranch....you're an amazing friend and you do amazing work...friends helping friends it's what it's all about ,so glad you all have this amazing friendship outside of UA-cam to.
Chrissy, Jeremy and the boys are awesome friends to have and love how you all help each other out and have each others backs and the same goes for the Junod's! As for the foundation I would go with the professionals to lay the frame and concrete with the rebar so that you know it is solid and will not crack later and maybe even do the walk way to the house at the same time. Building the foundation to any home is the most important part of the home. We do not want to see cracks and stuff later and then lay the electrical fence around it so that the dogs do not leave their paw prints behind. I am curious once you get the foundation laid will you be having the folks that put up the silo up to come and move it to the new foundation and then what will happen with the deck? Are you planning a different build on that?
Let the pro's do whatever you don't feel comfortable doing and also what you just don't want to do. Nice to have good friends you can depend on for any kind of help.
They're definitely great ppl and friends! 😊 As far as the foindation or slab is concerned, I'd tackle the project, but ive been in and around construction for over 40 years. Its very doable with ya'lls skills, but a professional crew may be the way to go for time constraints. They'll be able to set bolts and such for the bin too. Love ya'll ❤️
I would let the pros do it, and I would put heated floors in it if you want to keep just the cement for your floors❤❤ and you could even use coloring in the cement if you’re gonna keep the cement floors that would be pretty awesome
I know you both are great friends to Jeremy & Chrissy & it’s so wonderful to have their help in return!! I say have the pros pour the cement, but be there to oversee the project!! NO SLOPPY SURFACE!! 💜
It’s good to have good friends, but it awesome to have good friends with heavy equipment lol. Concrete work is hard. Water lines plumbing under the foundation. Lots of hard work. No doubt that y’all can do it, but y’all might want hire it out. As always stay safe, stay healthy and keep your powder dry🤙🤙😎🤙🤙
Thanks Jeremy for helping Jason and Danielle. You made easy work of it and it looks great! Now Jason and Danielle can get busy on getting that new pad played!
I would hire out because you get winter coming right around the corner and in the long run it will save you some money because you can start working on your house quicker
Hey Jason and Daniel looks like your power washer idea was a good one. Jeremy is knocking the stumps out pretty good. You got some good ideas there, it’s all going to work out great. 👍👍❤️❤️🇨🇦
Man, Chrissy and Jeremy really are great friends. What a nice thing to do for you.. All the little expenses add up to huge ones when you’re trying to build a house. Hats off to good friends.
Thanks to Jeremy and his lovely wife for helping you guys today and being such great friends! I love watching your two channels and the Junods as well. Crazy Oklahoma peeps.
ONCE AGAIN JEREMY, THANK YOU FOR HELPING JASON AND DANIELLE, I KNOW THEY TRULY APPRECIATE IT AND HAVING YOU GUYS AS A FRIEND MEANS THE WORLD TO THEM BOTH. GOD BLESS YOU.
We started our youtube channel to track our progress from buying our Homestead to the very end of our goals with our Homestead. So far four years in the making. Still so much more. We rebred a Kubota KXO40-4 mini excavator and for the size its a beast. Im goad you have a great friend that has the right equipment to help and for you to help them also. Thank you for sharing till next time God Bless.
Hire out the slab, you won’t be sorry! If you can do all the prep to save money then do it, I would, but the pour & finish will be done in a few hours if a crew do it, they’ve got the tools to get a schmick finish too.
nahhh do it yourself and spend twice as much redoing it in a few months this way we can have fun watching it same as we have been doing since the early days 🤣🤣🤣
When I liked to keep my land, roads and trails cleared and level, I would drag an old set of bed springs around with some cinder blocks on it. Just drag behind your quad or tractor and keeps things looking nice.
We SOOO need one of these machines in our life....we too need to build a house pad and will have to pay a dozer operator....ugh. Good on y'all for getting this done...😁😁👍👍
That’s the way to get rid of stumps! This winter when it’s cold you can burn the unwanted logs and stumps while working outside.. it will feel good to backup and warm your butt now and then 😊
Nothing better than having good friends! Great work Jeremy💪
Jeremy is a good guy. I know y’all really appreciate him.
Take care
Thanks to Paragon Ridge Ranch for helping you out today! Great job! ❤🌞🌻🇺🇸🙏🐂 Let the pros do it!

Jason you're so funny Danielle was sitting on the deck with the dogs Jeremy did an awesome job
It was exciting watching him remove those tree stumps.
nahhh do it yourself and spend twice as much redoing it in a few months this way we can have fun watching it same as we have been doing since the early days 🤣🤣🤣
Exactly right😂😂😂 this jackass doesn't do anything on purpose, if something gets done right it was accidental 😂😂😂
Collab with Paragon we didn't know we were gonna get!!! Good people.
😊 I could watch him do that all day. Very relaxing. I almost fell asleep.
I thought I was the only person who felt the relaxation from watching.
@@Designs_Decor63 you are not alone!
Me too!!! lol 😝
Isn't it funny the things that we find relaxing or entertaining. Another good one is the Hoof-GP.
Awesome job Jeremy!!!😊❤
Looks good , 👍🏻 from Iowa Hawkeyes fans , Marla “I’m deaf “ I love watching your Crockers Videos. You tube my favorite to watch

Probably getting the ground wet around the trees would have made it a little easier but those things are powerfull
Bobcat gets the job done. 🇺🇸🐻

Good neighbours are priceless. But don't forget to return the favor. 😅
Wow quick, great work. And he leveled the front entrance now you can put down more grass seed. And the entrance will be beautiful.
I’m surprised the roots on those trees weren’t bigger and deeper! It’s amazing they can stand with those small roots.
Awesome all really looking nice and clean , Glad to see Danielle enjoying relaxing on her front porch...🌷🌷🌷💓💓
We SOOO need one of these machines in our life....we too need to build a house pad and will have to pay a dozer operator....ugh. Good on y'all for getting this done...😁😁👍👍
How many houses are you going to start and never finish?
That’s the way to get rid of stumps! This winter when it’s cold you can burn the unwanted logs and stumps while working outside.. it will feel good to backup and warm your butt now and then 😊

Great job Jeremy. Thanks for helping them get bvb the job done quicker.
Jason, you need to buy a skid steer!!! Hire the work out!! Winter is coming.

My vote. Hire a professionally to your slab.
