This is what the viewers want to see, for you to interact with the locals, having a chat, eating some local food together. We also love how you try and speak the local language. We can see you made a lot of effort with the locals. Well done!
In Malaysia, only thing to watch out for is the weather. It can be very hot (ranging anywhere between 30 degrees celsius to 32 degree celsius) and it could drop within the hour to a thunder storm. Most of the people are friendly because Malaysia (since independance in 1957) had been through a rough time which forced its people (Malays, Chinese and Indians among others) to tolerate and help each other. So you can say Malaysians adopted Live and Let Live attitude and easy going with everyone.
this one foreigner sometimes are more friendly than our locals 👍👍🤔🤔🤭🤭 kalo aku yg ada kat situ...aku yg jd confused... 😵💫aku ke dia yg local nih??? lol 🤔😵💫😅🤣
Tom Yam Kelapa Muda is one of favourite spot in my kampung. Its Kampung Parit Besar Jalan Kluang. Maybe its the food hub of Batu Pahat with its choices of good food. Returned home fourteen years ago, we haven’t stop the continuous exploration of delicacy of Parit Besar and Batu Pahat. Come over to Johor, you won’t regret it
Don't worry about the trucks in narrow kampung road. Everyone knows it's narrow, and in villages everyone is related to everyone, so they don't just honk. If they have to wait 10 minutes before there's safe passage to take over, they will wait for 10 minutes. Both my parents come from the area between Muar and Batu Pahat, so trust me.
Crazy Mat Salleh but a hilarious Mike, exploring M'sia on a bike 😅 Well, it's indeed a wonderful exploration.... loved to see you interacting with the locals, eating and enjoying local food along the journey. The only obstacle is the rain. Thanks for sharing your bike journey, Mike.
Yo what's up crazy mat salleh 😂. Save travels my friend. Maybe next youtube project, cycle to the north of Malaysia, maybe even enter Thailand!!! Edit: This is nice... talking to random locals and stuff, this is great content!!!
I can't with the two makciks scaring each other at 5:35 🤣🤣🤣 But overall amazing video! So glad to see that you enjoyed cycling around my country despite the weather!
I think when you pair laksa and char kueh tiaw together...kueh tiaw taste will definitely lose out because laksa is super rich in taste. You should get ready a poncho in case of the rain. I really enjoyed your solo road trip video this time. Hope you can do more next time in other places. Who knows you stumble upon some hidden gems.
11:23 it's not rehabilitation, it's the monthly drainage and roadworks maintenence by the Roadworks Department (JKR) 😅 The reason is to ensure the water flow easily and no clogging especially during rainy season because some low areas are prone to flood.
Batu Pahat Try Beriyani Md Shah at Benteng, beside the river. Try Asam Pedas Mak Limah (behind KFC). Try Rengit Coffee at main street Jalan Rahmat Try Mee Racun at Taman Sri Jaya
First time here.. found out you are from Romania and reminds me of Nadia Comaneci.. (my era) Batu Pahat is my hometown but never tried Tom Yam in coconut shell lol 19.00.. (been years not returning to BP)

I hope one day you will paddle in the balkan region..because the scenery there is very beautiful..hope you can start in turkey and travel in every balkan country..❤🎉
8:54 black colour is kicap English -soy sauce, cili padi, sugar.maybe belacan and shallot. 18:28 for me it is correct, but for some it will be incorrect, you need to put in the small bowl, but for me just enjoy the food..
Singapore , Malacca and Johore are connected to each other . You can see a statue of Sang Nila Utama (1299-1347) in singapore , he is the first King of Singapore , his great-grandson estabalish Malacca sultanates ! After malacca sultanates falls in 1511 , their decendent estabalish Johor sultanates in 1528 - still present this days (become King of Malaysia in 2024) ..

I love cycling but my butt hurt like hell after 30 minute of cycling. Change to soft bug seat but still only able to extend to 1 hour before my butt hurt😅
