Такова северная и восточная кухни Китая, там едят все что ползает двигается, скачет, летает и вкус преимущественно горький и кислый.
С приправами и термообработкой, и говно вкусно!

Это старинный азиатский рецепт, варишь что нибудь вкусное, а потом с видом шеф-повара, заливаешь подливой из каках, сочетание получается изысканное, как небо и канализация Пекина.😁🤗✨

For those who don't understand, this refers to cow dung soup which is made from half digested grass inside a cow's first stomach (it's not poop just yet but it still stinks). Apparently not any cow dung can be use due to sanitary concerns, it is preferred cows with a specific diet of certain herbs. It taste bitter with a hint of herb favor, it is said to be good for digestion & cures bloating. Like what uncle said not everyone can take it, and only a few provinces had considered it delicacy. Tho that said, the way uncle made it, I wouldn't mind trying some.
What is the difference between it and poop?? At the end they are pegs , Chinese really will destroy the world if they took the lead.
@@emem7809 For one, there is a difference, did the food you ate turns into poop in your stomach? Cows have four stomachs, and they only took the stuff from the first stomach. As for the other, I don't see the Chinese running around the world starting wars & crisis, so I don't think they can ruin the world as much as the west already did. Please go learn about the culture and kept your ignorance views else where.

I would honestly try this just because I have an insane curiosity when it comes to bizarre food.

My dad used to sell cows to local Hmong who would slaughter on site. They kept these same parts to prepare a similar dish. Nothing was wasted. Interesting learning about foods from different cultures.
there"s also a dish here in the philippines called "papaitan" which means bitter they also cook it like how uncle done it and although im a filipino theres no way im gonna eat that 😅

Just to clarify: Not everyone in China eats this. In fact, the vast majority haven't even heard of a dish like this. Also, it technically isn't fecal matter, but the half digested grass in the cow's stomach. It's similar to eating bile in Thai cuisine.

Not dung. Cows have two stomach. This is the first one where the grass is partially break up. It's stomach acid juice to breakup the grass.

لدينا في الدول العربية نأكل الكرش والمصارين لكن بعد رمي محتواها وتنظيفها جيدا بالملح والليمون بشكل مكرر عدة مرات
حتى تصبح نظيفة تماما من اي روث او بقايا
ثم تطبخ مع التوابل
او يصنع منها حساء
وتكون لذيذة جدا وصحية
ارجو ان تطلع على بعض الفديوهات لطبخها بالطريقه العربية
