so i play and it’s crazy too see how relaxed there practices are because how good they are. my team wins districts ( a huge tournament in each state) but we still work so hard to get we’re we are at

I prefer one on one coaching. Every player can be improved. Yes I can train at this level and i am 50yrs old. Pre season training was used to physically break you down that way your endurance levels will improve. Training as got physically less demanding than 15yrs ago. That's why old man Milner is the fittest there. LFC die hard supporter since 1976. Seen it all.
You're crazy, the running they do would give you a heart attack. This is a easy passing drill, they would have done about 50 other drills on the same day
I know they train harder than this. That i agree with. But Milner shouldn't be the fittest guy. That tells me that certain players need to be trained harder still. Also flexibility is something that i have noticed is poor throughout the Squad.
Milner is renowned for having immense stamina, that is nothing new. Plus that lactate test didn't include guys like Sadio Mane and Mo Salah who I heard won the test last year by a long way.

Watching pre season training reminds me of days training with Leyton Pennant . Can see some of doggy amateur clubs trying to copy and failing badly. You know the type of clubs with players with too left feet.
Liverpool please finalize Rhian Brewster contract, because as a support I am fan of what Rhian Brewster can offer now and in the future. The club values him so much, we shouldn't continue looking to sign a new striker in the transfer window if the club has plans for him. I'm concerned the negative affect which could be that they see no pathway through to the 1st.
