- Cheese Bars is really delicious sweet and a bit salty snacks, It is crunchy from the outside and soft in the inside, honestly it is my first time to make this cheese bars and it come out really good. Hope you like it!

Ingredients :
2 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1 cup granulated sugar
1 egg at room temperature
1/2 cup softened unsalted butter
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
1/2 can of 14 oz condensed milk
3/4 cup grated cheddar cheese
More grated cheddar cheese for topping
