6:44 you would be surprised at the amount of people that could play this. This piece is an etude (basically a piece that is used to advance your technique), so many advanced level players would learn this piece at some point, especially if they are trying to become a professional. The piano concerto that you reacted to by Rachmaninoff is actually harder than this piece, because of its length, and especially musicality. Pieces like this that is all just difficult to play seem to be outmatched by pieces that are hard to interpret (basically the beauty of the piece)

Yeah, La Campanella is definitely a complex piece, and requires complete technique to master it properly. However, it is not as hard as it may look to an untrained eye. For example, this ballade 4, which you listened in Zimerman's interpretation, is a lot harder because not only of its technical complexity, but more importantly musical difficulty, dynamics and proper sound. And La Campanella is more like a technical exercise, it is usually played in the senior courses in musical college, or in conservatory. It's not considered virtuosic, although many contemporary pianists include it in their repertoire to impress the public (mostly because of its popularity)

If you are a fan of opera you will love Liszt’s operatic fantasies. My favorites include - Reminiscneces de Norma (Bellini), Puritains (Bellini), Don Juan (Mozart), Robert le Diable (Meyerbeer), Huguenots (idk actually), and the Figaro Fantasy (Mozart). These are all quite long tho, but they’re fantastic!

There are a few pieces that are much more difficult for example:
    Franz Liszt - Feux Follets
Franz Liszt - Sonata in b-minor
    Franz Liszt - Mephisto Walz
You should really do an reaction to all of those 3, I would love to see your reaction to this.
