The Slaws are in the Peak District for St Patrick's Day. They are staying at Laneside Caravan Park in Hope, just two miles from Castleton, in Helga their Hobby motorhome @HobbyCaravan with Billy and Jessie their Lhasa Apso dogs.
It's a fun night in The Old Hall Hotel celebrating Slaw's Irish ancestry and Ivan provides a good old sing-song with the melodeon.
Saturday dawns bright and sunny and they enjoy a circular walk with friends to Castleton via the foothills of Lose Hill. Oh no!!!! Disaster when Slaw loses the drone! The new DJI Mini 3 Pro! @DJI

Well we have spent the last couple of weeks watching the entire catalogue of video's from The Slaws, problem is we have now gone and purchased another motorhome having switched to a caravan for the last few years LOL. great content keep it up. Cheers..!!!

Awesome, stayed there in December in sun zero temperatures, my EHU cable was frozen on packing up and couldn’t wrap it up properly and having Raynaud’s didn’t help in those temperatures, back next month for a weekend 😂👌

That looked like quite a walk with plenty of muddy boots and paws at the end of it. Laughed at the gate-ass slap and telling off for Slaw “STUPID!” 🤣🤣. Glad the drone was recovered ok. Looks like a fun time was had xx

Why is losing your drone a feeling like no other, losing your wallet, forgetting wife’s anniversary? Not done it yet but came close a few times. Doesn’t the mini have find my drone feature like on Mavic pro? Smart thinking about Google maps. Great video. Paddy’s day was great! Can’t beat the company of good friends squeezed into an awning!

I felt your pain when your drone went missing its amazing how the technology helped you to find it. I nearly lost mine in Glen Etive but I can safely say return to home does work.

Yes I often use return to home. The problem was we were walking so I cancelled the return to home so I could bring it to where I was. This didn’t work as I had trees around and kept losing signal so couldn’t figure out where it was. It then gave a critical battery warning and proceeded to land and I lost signal. The last know coordinates saved the day thankfully, and also it landed in a field.
Weekend home with the Slaws: 😊 will it come with 18+ rating? Don’t worry well make sure the kids are out when we watch your guys…can’t believe you’ve had 59 views in 14mins but hey go its the Slaws ❤❤

Hi Richie. The drone ran low on battery and tried to return home but because we had been walking since takeoff I cancelled it and tried to land but lost connection due to trees. So it landed itself due to critical battery level. LESSON LEARNED!
@@TheSlawsAdventures Nephew had a similar thing, but his ended up in the tree !! a lot of shaking and finally got it to the ground . All's well that ends well. All take care. richie
