@@PlushieASMR 30-60 minutes is pretty ideal for ASMR, but definitely no complaints of longer ones. There is a big trend now where people are just using public scripts and the videos are 8-12 minutes, and that is nowhere near long enough for people to fall asleep.

@@PlushieASMR it was actually not too bad I woke up at around 6 left the house at around and ran to the beach and back. It was more like 45 miles. The path was longer than i thought. Got back home at around 2:00 then I took a nap woke up at 7:00 and went to my boxing gym
